More Pictures of Addison's Nursery

So, I have been asked to post pictures as we do more things to the room. Well, last weekend, Jonathan, Greg my father-in-law and my dad all got busy on the paneling in Addison's nursery. To tell you the truth, I did not know how it would turn out...I just knew that in my head, it looked beautiful!!! So, the fabulous men went to work on Saturday and worked for 6 hours to complete the job. Here are the pictures of the finished work.

Don't mind the mess of the tools and the dirty carpet...the work is still in progress!!! I think they did a WONDERFUL job and they all worked so well together!!! Thanks Greg, Dad and my wonderful hubby for all the work you did in there!!! I hope you enjoyed your second sneak peek into Addison's nursery!!!

Movements!!!

So, I have come to realize that Jonathan and I are going to have our hands full when Addy arrives. She moves A LOT except for when he wants to feel her move. I keep telling him that she is enamored with his voice and it soothes her, but I am beginning to think she is just stubborn. I mean, it is in her blood...Jonathan and I can be pretty stubborn.
I do have to say that feeling her move and kick is one of the things I look forward to most when I get up. She really starts going at about 10am and then throughout the day, off and on. However, when I get off of work and go home, she is awake for a good hour or so just kicking every which way she can. When looking at my stomach somtimes, I think "geez, this girl is going to bust out!" She calms down until about 10pm and then she goes to town again. I do not recall waking up feeling her kick during the night, but when I am supposed to wake up, around 7am, she is using my bladder as a punching bag. Mind you, I have already gone to the bathroom sometimes twice during the night.
I LOVE the thought of being a mother. I can only imagine how much fun we will have. I am not a girly girl, and I don't hink I will turn into one, but I could see Addy becoming one. Just look at her closet already! I look forward to our adventures as parents...although I know not all adventures will be ones we are going to be ready to take, but that's what it is all about!
Addison Ryanne Page, we love you more and more each day and we cannot wait to meet you and grow with you! You are a miracle and only God could have given us such a gift as wonderful as you!!! We look forward to seeing you and meeting you and getting to know you as a person and our daughter! Thank you Lord for entrusting Addison with us!!!
In Him,
Holly
